1. Introduction & Scope
“These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Anna Moraiti Image Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”), including virtual services, in-person services, Professional Programs, speaking engagements, workshops, and training presentations. “Client” (“you”, “your”) means the individual or legal entity purchasing the Services. By booking a Service, completing payment, or accepting a Service Agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services are provided from Greece and governed by Greek law, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rights.
Individual clients must be 18 years of age or older. [AS1]
Services purchased as gifts are subject to these Terms. The recipient assumes the role of Client upon redemption and is bound by these Terms accordingly.
Corporate clients — including organizations commissioning speaking engagements, workshops, and training presentations — may engage Services under an Individual Service Agreement. The Individual Service Agreement takes precedence over these Terms for program-specific provisions. General policies, including intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, and liability, apply unless expressly amended by the Individual Service Agreement.”

2. Description of Services
Services include:
• Virtual Color Analysis
• Virtual Body Type & Personal Style Analysis (BTPSA)
• Virtual Wardrobe Management
• In-person Color Analysis
• In-Person Body Type & Personal Style Analysis (BTPSA)
• In-Person Wardrobe Management
• Virtual or In Person Professional Programs (Appearance Strategy, Behaviour & Communication Strategy, Complete Professional Image).
Each service is delivered according to its specific description, scope, timeline, and deliverables as communicated through the website, proposal, or Service Agreement.
Services purchased as gifts are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as any other booking. The recipient of the gift assumes the role of Client upon redemption and is bound by these Terms accordingly.

2.1 Virtual Color Analysis — Service-Specific Terms
Service Overview
Personalized color season analysis based on the 16–23 season color analysis system of the International Image Institute. The Service includes a color palette, a comprehensive analysis report and a 30–60-minute virtual consultation via Zoom to present results.
Client Requirements (Photo Submission)
Client must submit the required photos and information within 3 days of booking. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or a delayed service delivery. Photo requirements are as explained in the Photo Instructions provided by Anna Moraiti Image Consultant. A reminder will be sent if the photos are not received.
Photo Confidentiality: All photos you submit are handled with strict confidentiality. Your photos and information are used only for the delivery of your Color Analysis service and will NOT be shared, posted online, or used for marketing purposes without your prior explicit written consent. For complete details, see Section 9 (Confidentiality) and our Privacy Policy.

Service Timeline
Analysis is completed within 10–15 business days from the date Anna Moraiti receives all required materials. Once the analysis is complete, the Client receives an email to schedule a virtual consultation session. Results are presented during the scheduled Zoom session and a written report is provided during the session. The session must be scheduled within the 6-month validity period from payment otherwise payment is forfeited (See 3.Booking and Payment terms and 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)

Post-Service Support
One (1) clarification email is included in the service within 14 days of the consultation session. Clarification email addresses questions about implementing recommendations.
Additional support beyond one (1) email is available via a separate paid consultation.

Client Responsibility

The accuracy of the analysis depends on the materials provided by the Client as specified in the Photo Instructions. The Client acknowledges that Anna Moraiti is not liable for results affected by materials that do not meet the requirements specified in the Photo Instructions. Colors may appear different in various retail lighting environments. The Client is responsible for reviewing submissions before sending.

2.2 Virtual Body Type & Personal Style Analysis (BTPSA) — Service-Specific Terms
Service Overview
Personalized body type assessment and personal style analysis, based on ABC Method training from the International Image Institute and professional experience. The Service includes a comprehensive personalized written report and a virtual consultation session to present and discuss results (typically 1–2 hours).
Client Requirements (Materials Submission)
The Client must provide all materials as specified in the instructions provided. Materials are requested within 3 days of booking . Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or a delayed service delivery. A reminder will be sent if materials are not received. (see 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)
Photo Confidentiality: All photos and personal measurements you submit are handled with strict confidentiality. Your materials are used only for your body type and style analysis service and will NOT be shared, posted online, or used for marketing purposes without your separate written consent. For complete details, see Section 9 (Confidentiality) and our Privacy Policy.
Service Timeline
Analysis is completed within 15–20 business days from the date Anna Moraiti receives all required materials. Once the analysis is complete, the Client receives an email to schedule the virtual consultation session. Results are presented during a scheduled session, and a comprehensive written report is provided. The session must be scheduled within the 6-month validity period from payment otherwise payment is forfeited (See 3.Booking and Payment terms and 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)

Post Service Support
An optional 30-minute follow-up consultation is included in the service price, which must be scheduled within 2 months of receiving the initial results, for the purpose of discussing implementation and answering questions.
Client Responsibility
The accuracy of the analysis depends on the materials provided by the Client as specified in the Instructions sent by Anna Moraiti. The Client acknowledges that Anna Moraiti is not liable for results affected by materials that do not meet the requirements specified in the Instructions send by Anna Moraiti. The Client is responsible for reviewing submissions before sending.

2.3 Virtual Wardrobe Management — Service-Specific Terms
Service Overview
Wardrobe assessment and management consultation delivered virtually via a live Zoom session. The scope and deliverables are customized based on Client’s needs and what can reasonably be accomplished in an online setting. As a prerequisite, the Client must have completed BTPSA before booking this service.
Client Requirements (Materials Submission)
The Client must follow the preparation instructions provided by Anna Moraiti Image Consultant.
Service Timeline
Service duration varies based on wardrobe size and scope and is specified in the proposal. The session must be scheduled within the 6-month validity period from payment. (See 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)
Deliverables
Deliverables depend on Client needs and scope and include:
(1) Virtual consultation session
(2) Optional follow-up email with session accomplishments and recommendations
(3) Optional shopping list of needed items

What We Are Not Responsible For: The Client acknowledges that recommendations are objective professional opinion and that final decisions always belong to the Client. For full limitations and disclaimers, see Section 10 (Limitation of Liability).

2.4 In-Person Services — General Framework
In-person services include:
• In-Person Color Analysis
• In-Person BTPSA
• In-Person Wardrobe Management

Location
In person Color Analysis & BTPSA sessions are conducted at the studio in Glyfada, Athens. Wardrobe Management sessions are conducted at the Client’s home/wardrobe location.
Session Duration (approximate)
• In-Person Color Analysis approximately 3 hours.
• In-Person Body Type & Personal Style Analysis (BTPSA) requires two sessions:
Session 1: photo/measurements collection and interview on lifestyle and personality approx.1 hour
Session 2: ~3-hour consultation approximately 10–15 days later
• In-Person Wardrobe Management duration varies by wardrobe size/scope and is specified in the proposal. Reasonable variations may be accommodated without additional charge.
Late Arrival
We accommodate late arrivals whenever possible. Depending on scheduling constraints, late arrival may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling. The Client should contact Anna Moraiti immediately if running late. Excessive lateness (30+ minutes without notice) may be treated as a missed appointment.
Prerequisites & Preparation
Color Analysis and BTPSA require materials submission as specified in the instructions.
Wardrobe Management requires completion of BTPSA before booking and preparation as stated in the instructions.
Preparation requirements are communicated before the session.
Deliverables
All in-person services include the consultation session. Results for Color Analysis and BTPSA are provided in both printed and digital formats. Specific deliverables are outlined in the proposal.

2.5 Professional Programs
Service Overview
Professional Programs include
• Appearance Strategy: Multi-session program addressing professional appearance
• Behaviour & Communication Strategy: Multi-session program addressing professional presence and communication.
• Complete Professional Image: Integrated program combining both Appearance Strategy and Behaviour & Communication Strategy.

Program Structure
Comprehensive, multi-session consulting engagements customized to Client objectives.
Programs may be delivered online, in-person, or in a hybrid format.
All programs include written materials and reports.
Multiple sessions over customized timeline.

Timeline
Program completion timeline specified in Service Agreement. Flexible arrangements available
Prerequisites & Preparation
Prerequisites and preparation requirements correspond to the services included in each program. Refer to relevant service sections for specific requirements.

Service Agreements Prevails
Each Professional Program is governed by an Individual Service Agreement in addition to these Terms. Where the Individual Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Individual Service Agreement prevails for program-specific provisions. General policies (including intellectual property, liability, confidentiality, and data protection) apply unless expressly amended by the Individual Service Agreement.

3. Booking & Payment


3.1 Virtual Color Analysis & BTPSA Services – Booking, Payment & Validity
The following services are directly bookable through the website:
• Virtual Color Analysis
• Virtual Body Type & Personal Style Analysis (BTPSA)

Booking Process
Virtual services are booked directly through the website. Payment is processed via the Stripe payment gateway. A booking is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. A confirmation email with service details and next steps is sent within 24 hours.

Payment Terms
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking. All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable Greek VAT.

Validity
Virtual services are valid for six (6) months from the date of payment. The Client must submit all required materials and complete the consultation within this period. If the service is not completed within six (6) months, the payment is forfeited. No extensions beyond the 6-month validity period apply. (See 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)

3.2 Virtual Wardrobe Management – Booking, Payment & Validity

Booking Process
This Service is delivered on a proposal basis, following the steps below:
(1) Complimentary discovery call to explain the process and assess fit
(2) Second Zoom call to view wardrobe and discuss goals/scope
(3) Detailed proposal provided via email (process, duration, cost)
(4) Client accepts proposal and pays the full amount
(5) Session is scheduled

Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing is based on wardrobe size and the Client’s needs and is determined after assessment during the second Zoom call. Full payment (100%) is required in advance upon proposal acceptance.

Validity
The service is valid for six (6) months from the payment date. The Client may reschedule within the six (6)-month period, provided at least a 48-hour prior notice by email. If the session is not completed within six (6) months, the payment is forfeited. (See 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)

3.3 In-Person Services – Booking, Deposits & Validity

Booking Process
All in-person services require a complimentary discovery call prior to booking, which follows the steps below:
(1) Complimentary discovery call (scheduled via website),
(2) For Wardrobe Management, a second Zoom call to assess scope,
(3) Detailed proposal provided via email,
(4) Client accepts proposal and pays deposit,
(5) Exact studio address provided after payment (for studio sessions),
(6) Session scheduled.

Deposits
Upon proposal acceptance, a deposit should be paid as follows:
• In-Person Color Analysis: €80
• In-Person BTPSA: €100
• In-Person Wardrobe Management: 10% of the total proposal amount
The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. ( See 5.4 Refund Policy).

Payment Balance
The remaining balance is payable as specified below:
• In-Person Color Analysis: €170 paid on the day of the session – Total amount: €250
• In-Person BTPSA: €350 paid on the day of Session 2 – Total amount: €450
• In-Person Wardrobe Management: 90% paid on the day of the session

Travel Fees
Travel fees apply solely to Wardrobe Management services and only where the service is delivered at a location outside the Glyfada/Athens area. Any applicable travel fee will be specified in the individual proposal.
Validity
In-person services are valid for two (2) months from the deposit payment date. The Client must complete the session within this period. If the session is not completed within two (2) months, the deposit is forfeited. Extensions may be available by mutual written agreement. (See 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy)

3.4 Professional Programs – Booking, Agreements & Validity
Professional Programs include:
• Appearance Strategy
• Behaviour & Communication Strategy
• Complete Professional Image

Booking Process
Professional Programs require a complimentary discovery call prior to engagement, via Zoom, to assess fit and discuss objectives.
Following the discovery call, a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment is provided.
Engagement is confirmed upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed payment (deposit or installment).

Payment Terms
Investment is documented in the Individual Service Agreement.
The payment structure (deposit, installments, schedule) is customized based on the program scope and Client needs.

Validity
The validity period and timeline for completion are specified in the Individual Service Agreement.

3.5 Payment Processing & VAT
Payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer, as specified. All prices are displayed in EUR (€), unless otherwise stated, and include applicable Greek VAT.
We do not store credit card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. Anna Moraiti Image Consultant is not responsible for payment processing issues arising from Stripe’s systems.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and you purchase Services online (distance contract), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, by email to [email protected].

Reimbursement
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Commencement of Services during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that the Services begin during the fourteen (14)-day withdrawal period and you subsequently withdraw, you will be required to pay an amount proportionate to the Services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in relation to the full price of the Services.

Loss of the right of withdrawal
You will lose your right of withdrawal once the Services have been fully performed, provided that performance began with your prior express request and your acknowledgment that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.
The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms in Section 5 do not affect the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 4.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
A minimum 48-hour written notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Notice must be submitted via email and is calculated from the scheduled consultation time (not business days).

5.1 Virtual Services – Rescheduling & No-Show
Virtual Services are subject to the following rules:

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule up to two (2) times within the six (6)-month validity period.
Each rescheduling request must comply with the 48-hour notice requirement.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted with less than 48 hours’ notice count as one of the two permitted reschedules.
After two (2) reschedules have been used, the Client will receive the written analysis report only. No live consultation session will be provided.

No Show
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice constitutes a no-show. Following a no-show, the Client may receive the written report only, without entitlement to a live consultation session.

Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of genuine emergency (e.g., illness, accident, family crisis), the Client may request rescheduling, provided a reasonable explanation is given, and the session is rescheduled within the remaining validity period.

5.2 In-Person Services – Rescheduling & No-Show
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once within the two (2)-month validity period, provided a 48-hour written notice is given.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted with less than 48 hours’ notice count as the one permitted reschedule.
After the permitted reschedule has been used, or after the two (2)-month validity period expires without session completion, the deposit is forfeited.

No Show
Failure to attend an in-person session without prior notice constitutes a no-show.
After a no-show without contact, the deposit is forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of objectively justified emergency circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted within the remaining validity period, subject to written agreement.

5.3 Professional Programs
Cancellation and refund terms for Professional Programs are governed exclusively by the Individual Service Agreement. For all other matters, the general provisions of these Terms & Conditions apply as set out in Section 2.5

5.4 Refund Policy
• No refunds are provided except as expressly stated in Section 5.5.
• Services are customized and involve preparation time. Dissatisfaction with subjective professional recommendations does not constitute grounds for refund.
• Deposits for in-person services are non-refundable Upon booking confirmation, the appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you and preparatory work commences. This means other clients cannot be accommodated in that time, and the deposit covers the cost of that commitment.

5.5 Service Provider-Initiated Refunds
A full refund will be provided only if Anna Moraiti Image Consultant is unable to complete the agreed analysis within the agreed timeline, calculated from the date all required materials are received:
• 10–15 business days for Color Analysis
• 15–20 business days for Body Type & Personal Style Analysis
without informing the Client, or without receiving the Client’s agreement for extension.
If completion is delayed due to genuine emergencies / exceptional circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at a convenient time for the Client.

6. Technical Requirements for Virtual Consultation
Virtual services are delivered via Zoom or another specified platform.
Client must ensure stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended), functional camera and microphone, access to the specified platform, quiet/private environment, and a charged/powered device throughout the session.

Technical issues during session:
Technical failures attributable to the service provider result in free rescheduling.
Client technical failures are treated under the force majeure/no-show policy and allow for one (1) rescheduling opportunity, provided the Client gives a reasonable explanation and the session is rescheduled within the remaining validity period.
Technical failures attributable to the video platform or other third-party systems beyond either party’s reasonable control result in free rescheduling, without penalty.

Session Recording: Sessions may NOT be recorded by the Client without prior written consent. Anna Moraiti Image Consultant may record sessions for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes, only with the Client’s prior explicit consent, as described in Section 8.3 (Recording of Virtual Sessions). Any recordings remain the property of Anna Moraiti Image Consultant.
Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled via Calendly integration. Client is responsible for accurate time zone conversion. Missed appointments due to time zone confusion are treated as Client cancellation under the standard policy. Confirmation emails include appointment details in both local time and EET (Athens time).

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All analysis reports, style guidelines, color palettes, recommendations, and documentation created remain the intellectual property of Anna Moraiti Image Consultant. Upon full payment, Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may be used to guide personal wardrobe, shopping, and style decisions.
Copyright remains with Anna Moraiti, Image Consultant.

Color analysis system methodology is property of the International Image Institute.

The Client may NOT: (i) post Materials online (including social media, blogs, websites, forums, review sites), (ii) share Materials with others in any format (including screenshots), (iii) reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make Materials available to others in any form, (iv) use Materials commercially (including in Client’s own business, consulting services, or professional activities), (v) resell or sublicense Materials or any portion thereof, (vi) modify and redistribute adapted versions of Materials, (vii) use Materials for training purposes in any image consulting, styling, or related business. Violation of usage restrictions may result in legal action, and the Client is liable for damages arising from unauthorized use or distribution. Anna Moraiti Image Consultant reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies under Greek and EU intellectual property law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
Anna Moraiti Image Consultant (complies with: EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Greek data protection legislation (Law 4624/2019), ePrivacy Directive requirements. For any questions or requests, you may contact us at: [email protected]

8.1 Categories of Data
Depending on the Service, we may process personal data as follows:
For all services:
• Name, email address, phone number (optional)

For Color Analysis:
• Photographs of face and upper body, and photographs as requested according to instructions
• Information about natural hair color, skin tone, lifestyle and personal preferences
• Communication during consultation

For Body Type & Style Analysis:
• Materials as specified in instructions
• Style preferences and lifestyle information
• Date of Birth, Profession, Address
• Communication during consultation

For Wardrobe Management:
• Photos or videos of wardrobe
• Information about wardrobe organization needs and style goals
• Communication during consultation
Payment information is processed by our payment service provider and is not stored by us. Booking and scheduling information is processed through our scheduling platform.

8.2 Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
a) Service delivery and contract performance: to provide the Services, perform color analysis, body type assessment, and style recommendations, deliver reports/materials, and conduct consultations. This also includes sending service-related communications (confirmations, reminders, and reports).
b) Legal obligations: to comply with tax, accounting, and other applicable legal requirements.
c) Legitimate interests: to support business operations (record-keeping, service administration, handling inquiries/complaints), to maintain records for quality assurance and business operations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
d) Consent: where required, including recording of sessions and any use of Client images/materials for marketing/portfolio, which is always optional and subject to separate consent.

8.3 Recording of Virtual Sessions
a) Optional and consent-based: Virtual sessions may be recorded only with the Client’s prior explicit consent for quality assurance, internal review, and service improvement purposes. Recording is not mandatory, and refusal to consent does not affect the provision of the Services.
b) Scope of recording: Where recording takes place, it may include video, audio, and any content shared during the session.
c) Access and security: Access to recordings is strictly limited to Anna Moraiti Image Consultant and, where strictly necessary, authorized personnel acting under confidentiality obligations. Recordings are stored securely using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
d) Retention: Recordings are retained for a maximum period of 2 years and are then permanently deleted, unless a shorter retention period is requested by the Client or retention is required by law.
e) Withdrawal of consent: The Client may withdraw consent to recording at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Upon withdrawal, any existing recordings will be deleted without undue delay, unless retention is required by law.

8.4 Security of Data and Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers acting as data processors to support the delivery of the Services:
• Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider, for payment processing. We do not store card details.
• Calendly for appointment scheduling
• Google Workspace for email communication and file storage
• Zoom or another specified platform for virtual consultation sessions
Each processor maintains GDPR-compliant data practices. By using our services, you acknowledge these third-party processors.
All personal data is stored and handled securely using password-protected systems. Client files are stored on Google Workspace with encryption, and access is limited to Anna Moraiti, Image Consultant, and, where strictly necessary, essential service personnel only, under confidentiality obligations. We apply industry-standard security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of personal data.

8.5 Data Retention
We retain photos and personal information only for as long as necessary to deliver the services. Analysis reports and client files are retained for 2 years after service completion. Financial records are retained for the period required by Greek tax law (currently 5 years).

8.6 Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may exercise your rights of:
• Access: Request copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction: Limit how we process your data
• Portability: Receive your data in machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to the processing of your data
• Withdrawal of consent: Revoke permission for data use (may affect service delivery
Requests may be submitted to [email protected], and we will respond within 30 days, unless a lawful extension applies.

8.7 Complaints
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

8.8 Privacy Policy

8.9 Security Measures & Breach Handling
Anna Moraiti Image Consultant implements industry-standard security measures to protect Client data, including password-protected systems and devices, encrypted cloud storage (Google Workspace), access restrictions (data accessible only to Anna Moraiti), and secure file transmission protocols.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected Clients within 72 hours as required by GDPR, report the breach to the Greek Data Protection Authority if required by law, take reasonable steps to mitigate harm and prevent future breaches, and cooperate with authorities and affected Clients to address the situation.

9. Confidentiality
All photos and personal measurements submitted by the Client remain the Client’s property. Such materials and all information shared during consultations are strictly confidential and handled with the highest level of privacy protection.

We do not disclose Client information to third parties except: (i) with the Client’s prior explicit written consent, (ii) as required by Greek law or a valid legal process, or (iii) to our third-party service providers acting as data processors under confidentiality obligations (see Section 8.4).

Photos and related materials are used solely for the delivery of the contracted Services, including the preparation of the analysis and recommendations. Without the Client’s prior explicit written consent, Anna Moraiti Image Consultant will NEVER post photos on social media, websites, or any public platform, use photos for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, include photos in portfolio or case studies, use photos for training or educational purposes, or distribute photos in any format. Any use of Client photos for marketing or portfolio purposes will be subject to a separate written consent form, and the Client may decline without any impact on service quality or delivery.

If Anna Moraiti Image Consultant wishes to use any Client photos for any purpose beyond the contracted Services, the Client’s prior explicit written consent will be requested via a separate consent form, and the intended use will be clearly explained. The Client may decline without any impact on service quality or delivery and may withdraw such consent at any time by written notice. Upon withdrawal, we will cease any non-service use without undue delay and in any event within thirty (30) days.

10. Limitation of Liability
Image consulting services are subjective professional opinions based on established methodologies and training from the International Image Institute (ABC Method; 16–23 season color analysis) and professional experience. Results reflect a professional assessment based on the materials provided by the Client and do not constitute objective scientific measurements.
The Services do not constitute medical assessments, health advice, fitness consultations, psychological counselling or therapy, or legal/financial advice, and they do not guarantee specific outcomes (including confidence, career success, relationship improvements, or wardrobe satisfaction). Clients requiring medical, psychological, or other professional services should seek appropriately licensed professionals.
Client dissatisfaction with subjective professional recommendations (including color season assignment, body type classification, or style direction) does not constitute service failure or grounds for refund. Different image consultants may reach different conclusions; this reflects the subjective nature of the profession. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the relevant section of these Terms.

The Client retains full responsibility for all purchasing decisions relating to new clothing, accessories, or services, for wardrobe choices, and for the implementation of recommendations. Recommendations are guidance only. Τhe Client has full autonomy in accepting, adapting, or rejecting advice, and should use personal judgment and personal preference when applying recommendations.
Anna Moraiti Image Consultant is not responsible for outcomes affected by external or technical factors beyond our reasonable control, including how colors may appear under different lighting conditions, variations across fabrics or brands, fit variations between clothing brands for the same body measurements, or the quality or accuracy of third-party products or services (e.g., retailers, tailors, or personal shoppers). We are also not responsible for differences in color appearance across screens, printers, or devices, or for outcomes affected by the quality, completeness, or accuracy of Client-provided photos, measurements, or information. Technical issues during virtual consultations are handled in accordance with the applicable technical and rescheduling provisions of these Terms.


For Wardrobe Management, Anna Moraiti Image Consultant is not responsible for the Client’s decision to discard or donate items, emotional reactions to wardrobe assessment, Client’s regrets about discarding items, shopping recommendations that do nοt work out, or Client taking recommendations personally. The Client acknowledges that recommendations are objective professional opinion based on color analysis and body type and are not intended as personal criticism; final decisions always belong to the Client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service. Anna Moraiti Image Consultant is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) lost profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or emotional distress.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Greek consumer protection law or EU consumer rights directives.
While we implement appropriate security measures, we are not liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss resulting from theft or loss of devices (laptop, phone, tablet, external drives), hacking or cyberattacks beyond our control, third-party security breaches (e.g., Google Workspace, email provider), force majeure events (natural disasters, fires, floods), or actions of unauthorized third parties.

The Client acknowledges that No digital storage system is 100% secure, and that there are inherent risks in submitting personal photos and data electronically.

Anna Moraiti Image Consultant’s liability for data breaches is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. This limitation does not apply if the breach resulted from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Anna Moraiti Image Consultant. Liability cannot be limited under Greek or EU law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under applicable Greek or EU legislation.

Anna Moraiti Image Consultant will respond within 14 business days and work toward resolution.

12. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any prior communications or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under Greek or EU law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Anna Moraiti Image Consultant may update these Terms at any time as required. Changes may be necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, service offering changes, business practice evolution, or consumer protection enhancements.
Significant changes are communicated via email to active Clients. Updated Terms are posted on the website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of services after changes means acceptance of new Terms.
Changes to Terms do not affect services already booked and paid for. Services purchased under previous Terms remain subject to those Terms until service completion.


Professional Conduct & Termination
Both parties must maintain respectful and professional conduct during any session (online or in-person). Anna Moraiti Image Consultant reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if the Client’s behaviour is threatening, harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund is provided for sessions terminated due to Client misconduct.


Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. All rights and remedies remain available.


Assignment
Client may not transfer or assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor business entity.


Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, internet/technology failures, labor disputes, or other unforeseeable events.


Language
These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. Greek translation may be provided for convenience, but the English version controls in case of discrepancy.


Communications
All notices, cancellations, and requests must be in writing via email to [email protected].
We will communicate via the email address provided at booking.
The Client is responsible for maintaining current email address and checking the email regularly.
